- Log in to the Money app with your Nedbank ID, app PIN or fingerprint.
- Choose your account.
- Tap on the Features tab.
- Choose Switch salary account.
- Choose Email or Download.
- If you choose Email, a salary switch letter template will be generated automatically. Enter the email address of the person you want to send your salary switch letter to and choose Next.
- If you choose Download on Android, click on the three dots in the corner and then select Download. You'll be able to save, print or send the letter after it has been downloaded.
- If you choose Download on iOS, click on the iOS share icon and then select an app to open it with.
