Experience in large corporates, human resources, marketing, business strategy and strategic planning, corporate governance and stakeholder management, and doing business in emerging economies.

After having served her articles and qualified as a chartered accountant at Deloitte, Neo spent her early career as an equity analyst at Gensec Asset Management before rejoining Deloitte, where she held the position of audit partner for 9 years.
