How to claim

Claiming on your Nedbank Insurance policy is simple. If you need to make a claim, you can do it in one of three ways, depending on the policy you have.

1. Visit your nearest Nedbank branch and ask for the correct forms to complete.
2. Select the forms from the claim section online. Download,  complete and send the forms back to us. The following claim forms can be downloaded: Funeral, Critical illness, Disability and Retrenchment.
3. For all other claim forms, for example Homeowners Cover (HOC), phone Client Services on 0860 333 111, and request the correct forms.
