The Nedbank Travel Card gives you secure access to your money in multiple currencies across multiple countries. For added convenience it automatically links to the award-winning Nedbank Private Wealth app, making it easy to keep track of your money and to load more money wherever you are.
Benefits of using the Nedbank Travel Card
- Enjoy seamless access to your money across countries and currencies
- You can load up to eight currencies onto the card if you travel to multiple destinations – the card will automatically use the currency of the country where you are using the card.
- Pay for goods or services or draw cash at the more than 34 million merchants and ATMs globally where the card is accepted (anywhere where there is a Mastercard sign).
- The card is valid for three years and you can use it for multiple trips.
- Stay in control of your travel spend
- When you load money onto the card, you do so at a locked-in exchange rate, protecting you against exchange rate fluctuations.
- Use our online banking channel to easily cash out your card on your return from your travels.
- Have peace of mind with a backup card
- You get an additional card at no charge that you can use as a backup if your card is lost, stolen or damaged.
- Should you lose both cards, we will arrange emergency cash for you.

- View your balance and transaction history.
- Freeze, unfreeze or block your card.
- Load your trip details, which will enable you to buy currency for that trip.

- Specify in which order the currencies on your cards should be used. (If there's not enough money on your card in the currency of the country you're visiting, money from the next 'currency pocket' will be used automatically. You can specify the order in which these 'pockets' must be used.)
